These terms govern use of roxxharbor.com. “RoxxHarbor,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Andre Roxx Enterprises LLC. They adapt the company's RoxxPort terms to the services currently offered on this storefront. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Current services and purchase status
You may browse the catalog and save products in this browser without registering. Guest checkout accepts secure card payments through Square. Registration is not required. Keep your on-screen order number and contact support for shipment updates. Saving an item is not an order, reservation, contract of sale or authorization to charge a payment method.
RoxxPort membership benefits, gift balances, gift cards, promotions and delivery designations do not transfer to RoxxHarbor unless expressly offered here with applicable terms. No subscription or membership charge is created by browsing or saving items.
Lawful use
You must have authority to use the service and provide truthful information when contacting the company. The service is intended for adults. Do not commit fraud, impersonate others, access systems or information without authorization, introduce malware, interfere with security or service availability, or use the website unlawfully.
Catalog information and prices
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Product identity, images, descriptions and availability are drawn from the shared catalog and may change. Review the exact product reference and specifications. A saved price is not locked, and a catalog availability label is not an inventory reservation.
We may correct or remove inaccurate information. Checkout validates current availability, product prices and shipping charges on the server and shows the final total before payment. Review our next-business-day dispatch policy and 14-day return policy. A saved bag is not a completed purchase quote.
