What to include

For a product question, include its product reference (RPPN) or page URL. For an existing purchase from another company storefront, identify that storefront and its order number. Never email card numbers, security codes, passwords or verification codes.

For a RoxxHarbor order, include your order number and order email. Adding products to your bag alone does not submit an order.
