Request cancellation promptly

Contact info@roxxport.com or (727) 416-2263. Include RoxxHarbor, your order number, order email and the items you wish to cancel. Do not send card details.

Fulfillment can begin quickly. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible before supplier commitment or preparation for shipment; a request alone is not confirmation. If we confirm cancellation of a paid item, we will refund it to the original payment method. If cancellation is no longer possible, see our 14-day return policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
